IN MENDOCINO

Up Northern California way,
happy people live so free.
Farmers, artists, fishermen,
make their home here by the sea.
On hills above the jagged coast,
lie stalks of happy green.
Planted very carefully...
by the air they can't be seen!

In Mendocino. Whoa-oh.
Redwoods tower to the sky.
Sinsemilla. Whoa-oh.
Farmers crops all grow so high.

And everywhere throughout the land,
these simple facts are known:
Mendocino's fruit is sweet and strong,
cause it's California grown.
If strangers wander through the fields,
farmers spread the alarm,
And come with guns a-blazing,
to protect those buds from harm!

In Mendocino. Whoa-oh.
Redwoods tower to the sky.
Sinsemilla. Whoa-oh.
Farmers crops all grow so high.

(NOTE: Following tradition, the third verse is the same as the first.)
